Only devices with case / replacement / diagnostics / repairs supported.
In order to process your request, we need:
- SERIAL NUMBER (ex. C6KXXXXXG6W)
- CASE NUMBER (ex. 1010XXX12136)
- CASE NAME (ex. "stolen iphone", "referral", "frozen iphone" ; for device with replacement, repair, diagnostic, write "REPLACEMENT", "REPAIR" or "DIAGNOSTIC")
If case name is "Consumer Activation Lock"; "Activation Lock" or similar, DO NOT ORDER!!! You will be given fake information!
If case name is "iphone", DO NOT ORDER!! You will receive "NO INFO"
- full name
- phone number or/and email
- hint should be given BEFORE ordering!! Not sending hint when ordering will result in no verification!
- "LOST AND ERASED" devices = no verification
- Sometimes, info will show only phone number, no verification in those cases!!
Important: international code on info is by default "+34" because screenshot is taken from Spanish source; real international code might be different.
